SHIPPING POLICY
  • $9.95 Flat Rate or FREE on subtotal purchases over $149 (prior to taxes and after coupons have been applied).  
  • We do not offer shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.
  • Order(s) are merged into as little shipments as possible to save on shipping costs. Please note, there are no refunds on shipping if your orders over several days are shipped in one package.
  • Orders are processed in the order they are received. Our current processing time is 7-10 business days. (Does not include weekends or holidays)
  • MJC does not charge additional fees for packaging or handling. We reserve the right to choose the most economical carrier to ship your package.
  • Shipping cost is non-refundable for returned, undeliverable, unclaimed and packages that are refused.
CANCELATION POLICY

Orders including marked Final Sale/Clearance items, items ending in $.99 or orders using a coupon are final sale and cannot be canceled.

  • Canceled orders may be credited back to your account for 100% store credit or back to your method of payment minus 5% fee to cover merchant charges on the canceled order.
  • Orders that have already been shipped - cannot be canceled and customer is responsible for shipping costs to send the item back.
  • Please email the order number to orders@mamasjunkco.com to request to cancel an order and the method in which you would like to be reimbursed. No order is canceled until confirmation has been sent by a customer service representative. Email responses may take up to 12-24 hours.
RETURN POLICY

Damaged Items:
If your online order arrived damaged or defective, please send photos of the damage, your order number, and item name to orders@mamasjunkco.com.

Please keep all damages items and packing material for shipping carrier to pick up within 14 days. 

Returning Items:

We want you to be thrilled with all of your purchases, so we understand sometimes it just doesn't work out.

  • You can return the unused item(s) within 14 days from receipt of your package from the shipping carrier.
  • Returns are eligible for a 100% store credit or refund back to your method of payment minus 5% merchant fee. 
  • Your order number and the original packaging are required for all returns.
  • We do not accept returns on marked Final Sale/Clearance items, items ending in $.99 or items from an order using a coupon. 
  • Shipping charges (original and return) are the customers responsibility.
  • At our discretion we may offer a partial refund or charge a 20%+ restocking fee, in particular if any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 
  • Returns will be processed and credit/refund will be issued within 5 business days of delivery to our warehouse.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
